This toolbox allows the user to create the models and to project new data using the created model. It includes several validation techniques for cross-validation purposes. A wide variety of plots, 40 different plots for the simplest models, allow an extensive analysis of the results.
The package comprises of a Matlab interface that the user works in to build and test multivariate models, such as PCA, PCR, PLS, CPCA and MBPLS.
